{"id":1082,"date":"2023-08-04T20:21:57","date_gmt":"2023-08-04T23:21:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=1082"},"modified":"2023-08-04T21:53:01","modified_gmt":"2023-08-05T00:53:01","slug":"le-otorgaron-libertad-condicional-al-golfista-angel-pato-cabrera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/04\/le-otorgaron-libertad-condicional-al-golfista-angel-pato-cabrera\/","title":{"rendered":"LE OTORGARON LIBERTAD CONDICIONAL AL GOLFISTA \u00c1NGEL \u201cPATO\u201d CABRERA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Un juez orden\u00f3 liberar al golfista<strong> \u00c1ngel \u201cPato\u201d Cabrera<\/strong>, quien fue condenado en noviembre del a\u00f1o pasado por violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/h3>\n<h3>La resoluci\u00f3n de la libertad condicional fue firmada por el magistrado Crist\u00f3bal Laje Ros y se espera que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas salga de prisi\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>El 7 de noviembre de 2022 \u00c1ngel Cabrera fue condenado por segunda vez por ejercer violencia de g\u00e9nero contra una de sus parejas y el juez Juan Manuel Ugarte dictamin\u00f3 la pena de dos a\u00f1os y cuatro meses de prisi\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>Durante el juicio, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el sitio Cadena 3, el deportista de 53 a\u00f1os reconoci\u00f3 la responsabilidad en los hechos y se mostr\u00f3 arrepentido.<\/h3>\n<h3>Su pronta liberaci\u00f3n fue confirmada por el abogado Carlos Nayi, quien representa a una de las denunciantes.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cEn el d\u00eda de la fecha ha concluido el incidente iniciado con motivo de la solicitud de la libertad condicional por parte del interno Cabrera. Se han diligenciado todos los informes penitenciarios, se han realizado las pericias psicol\u00f3gicas que dan cuenta de una evoluci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a la percepci\u00f3n de las cuestiones de violencia de g\u00e9nero\u201d, explic\u00f3 el juez.<\/h3>\n<h3>Asimismo a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cLas conclusiones periciales han dado positivas en ese sentido. Las v\u00edctimas han estado de acuerdo, no han reparado ni despreciado alg\u00fan tipo de violencia, miedo, temor. Cabrera tendr\u00e1 prohibici\u00f3n de mantener contacto de cualquier tipo con sus exparejas. Su libertad condicional se har\u00e1 efectiva durante el d\u00eda\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>A pesar de que ser\u00e1 beneficiado con la libertad condicional, Laje Ros advirti\u00f3: \u201cEn caso de violar alguna de las condiciones se revoca autom\u00e1ticamente la libertad\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>El golfista tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 fijar domicilio, abstenerse de consumir alcohol y estupefaciente, concretar proyecto de trabajo, adoptar empleo, tener ocupaci\u00f3n y oficio de acuerdo a sus capacidades, realzar un tratamiento psicol\u00f3gico extramuro no menor a 20 sesiones, someterse al cuidado del departamento de reinserci\u00f3n social del patronato de liberados y abstenerse de tener contacto personal o a distancia con las dos v\u00edctimas que lo han llevado a juicio oral y p\u00fablico.<\/h3>\n<h3>Cabrera es una de las figuras m\u00e1s importantes del golf argentino en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas: en 2007 logr\u00f3 imponerse en Abierto de los Estados Unidos y en 2009
