El Colegio de Jueces de la ciudad de San Luis aplic\u00f3 la pena de 13 a\u00f1os y 6 meses de prisi\u00f3n a Juan Dardo Mar\u00edn<\/strong>, el hombre de 41 a\u00f1os que ingres\u00f3 armado a una escuela de Juana Koslay y atac\u00f3 a Cintia Ortegas<\/strong>, su ex pareja. El veredicto con el monto de la pena fue informado este martes al mediod\u00eda y fue votado por unanimidad.<\/h3>\n

Como se trat\u00f3 de un debate bajo la figura de \u201cjuicio de cesura\u201d, el mismo tribunal, el pasado viernes, hab\u00eda declarado la culpabilidad del hombre de 41 a\u00f1os por los delitos de homicidio triplemente calificado en grado de tentativa en concurso real con el delito de desobediencia a una orden judicial. Ahora restaba conocer el monto de la pena.<\/h3>\n

En este tipo de juicios de cesura se habilita la posibilidad de que el debate oral y p\u00fablico se desarrolle en dos etapas y es a petici\u00f3n de las partes. En la primera fase lo que se debate es la existencia del hecho, la responsabilidad del acusado y se define la calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica. En la segunda instancia, se determina la pena en raz\u00f3n de la responsabilidad que se le fuera impuesta en la primera fase.<\/h3>\n

El tribunal a cargo del juicio estuvo integrado por Fernando De Viana, como Presidente; Hugo Sa\u00e1 Petrino, como primer vocal y Jos\u00e9 Luis Flores como segundo vocal. Como Fiscal de Juicio actu\u00f3 Virginia Palacios, por la querella Mar\u00eda Elena Aparicio, y por la Defensa, Esteban Sala.<\/h3>\n

EL HECHO<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mar\u00edn lleg\u00f3 a debate por un hecho ocurrido el 25 de octubre del 2022 en la Escuela T\u00e9cnica N\u00b0 37 \u201cIngeniero Germ\u00e1n Av\u00e9 Lallemant\u201d<\/strong>, donde su ex pareja, Cintia Ortegas, se desempe\u00f1aba como docente. Ese d\u00eda, Mar\u00edn, contra qui\u00e9n pesaba una orden de restricci\u00f3n de acercamiento emitida por el Juzgado de Familia N\u00ba 3, ingres\u00f3 al establecimiento escolar cerca de las 15 hora y cuando lleg\u00f3 a la oficina de Secretar\u00eda se par\u00f3 frente a Ortegas y le ense\u00f1\u00f3 un rev\u00f3lver calibre 38.<\/h3>\n

La mujer corri\u00f3 hacia la Regencia, donde estaba el regente V\u00edctor Dur\u00e1n<\/strong>. Entre los dos intentaron cerrar la puerta para impedir el ingreso de Mar\u00edn pero luego de forcejear, el acusado hizo dos detonaciones a la altura media de la puerta que quedaron retenidas en la abertura y luego ejecut\u00f3 un tercer disparo que impact\u00f3 en la zona de la rodilla de Ortegas.<\/h3>\n
