La defensa de los imputados solicit\u00f3 la pr\u00f3rroga de detenci\u00f3n por cinco d\u00edas.<\/h3>\n<h3>Esta ma\u00f1ana se desarroll\u00f3 una audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de cargos en el Juzgado de Garant\u00eda N\u00b0 4\u00a0 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial \u2013 a cargo del Dr. Santiago Ortiz-. Tres personas fueron imputadas por el delito de robo calificado por el uso de arma y por ser en poblado y en banda, por un hecho ocurrido el 20 de marzo en Villa Mercedes.<\/h3>\n<h3>En la audiencia estuvieron presentes la Dra. Andrea Court -Fiscal Adjunta-. En representaci\u00f3n de dos de los imputados actuaron las Dras. Cecilia Mithiaux y Noelia Paez \u2013Defensa Oficial- y en defensa del otro denunciado, el Dr. Pascual Celdr\u00e1n. Intervino como secretaria la Dra. Daniela Lopez Martin.<\/h3>\n<h3>El hecho, seg\u00fan lo relatado por\u00a0 fiscal\u00eda\u00a0 ocurri\u00f3 el 20 de marzo en una quinta ubicada en la calle Fuerte Constitucional de esta ciudad, all\u00ed se encontraba el propietario. En ese entonces ingresaron dos personas de sexo masculino, una de ellas armado con un machete. Se apoderaron de un celular y se dieron a la fuga trepando un tapial.<\/h3>\n<h3>Antes de fugarse se produjo una pelea entre el propietario que ten\u00eda un machete y los imputados, uno de ellos con otro machete.<\/h3>\n<h3>Con el aporte de las secuencias f\u00edlmicas, relat\u00f3 la Dra. Court,\u00a0 se pudo observar que los imputados llegaron en una camioneta bord\u00f3 con los anti vuelcos cromados en la cual circulaba otra persona. Asimismo, la fiscal\u00eda describi\u00f3 que el d\u00eda anterior habr\u00edan violentado la puerta de ingreso de la quinta dejando un machete.<\/h3>\n<h3>La representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal inform\u00f3 todas las evidencias que vinculan a los imputados con el hecho y formul\u00f3 cargos por el delito de robo calificado por el uso de arma y por ser en poblado y en banda en calidad de co-autores.<\/h3>\n<h3>Los defensores solicitaron la pr\u00f3rroga de detenci\u00f3n por cinco d\u00edas a los fines\u00a0 de exponer su teor\u00eda del caso y de ejercer eficazmente la defensa.<\/h3>\n<h3>Luego de escuchar a las partes, el juez tuvo por formulado los cargos de manera provisoria\u00a0 e hizo lugar a la pr\u00f3rroga de detenci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span
