{"id":15297,"date":"2024-04-26T19:57:05","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T22:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=15297"},"modified":"2024-04-26T19:57:05","modified_gmt":"2024-04-26T22:57:05","slug":"desafectaron-a-un-agente-policial-que-disparo-en-la-cara-a-un-vecino-y-esta-profugo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2024\/04\/26\/desafectaron-a-un-agente-policial-que-disparo-en-la-cara-a-un-vecino-y-esta-profugo\/","title":{"rendered":"DESAFECTARON A UN AGENTE POLICIAL QUE DISPAR\u00d3 EN LA CARA A UN VECINO Y EST\u00c1 PR\u00d3FUGO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Este viernes, la ministro de Seguridad, <strong>Nancy Sosa<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que investigaron el hecho que ocurri\u00f3 en el barrio 1\u00ba de Mayo y labraron un oficio para la inmediata detenci\u00f3n de un hombre que le dispar\u00f3 en el rostro a un vecino de la zona.<\/h3>\n<h3>El agresor, que pertenec\u00eda a la Polic\u00eda de San Luis y se llama <strong>Wenceslao Lerdesma<\/strong>, estaba en situaci\u00f3n de disponibilidad hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y se le hab\u00eda retirado el arma reglamentaria.<\/h3>\n<h3>Por otro lado, la cartera de Seguridad detall\u00f3 que desde hoy rescindieron el contrato del polic\u00eda, luego de investigar sus antecedentes judiciales.<\/h3>\n<p><iframe title=\"El Ministerio de Seguridad desafect\u00f3 a un agente policial\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tUEShXNZhvA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>\u201cAdvertimos que un agente al cual ya se le podr\u00eda haber rescindido el contrato porque ya tiene un antecedente judicial, todav\u00eda se encontraba en situaci\u00f3n de disponibilidad. De inmediato tomamos conocimiento con el Jefe, averiguamos todos sus antecedentes y hemos rescindido su contrato adem\u00e1s de la cuesti\u00f3n judicial en la que se encuentra en calidad de fugado\u201d, explic\u00f3 la Ministro.<\/h3>\n<h3>Con respecto al paso de disponibilidad del agente, Sosa explic\u00f3 que aparentemente fue por una situaci\u00f3n similar. \u201cNo hemos podido profundizar porque est\u00e1 en manos de la Justicia, pero es un antecedente y un hecho que deliberadamente hubiese requerido la rescisi\u00f3n del contrato\u201d,
