\"\"<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Inocencio Adimanto Zavala<\/strong> naci\u00f3 en Ojo de R\u00edo, cerca de Santa Rosa del Conlara (San Luis), el 2 de febrero de 1922, y falleci\u00f3 en Buenos Aires el 29 de abril de 1988. Entre sus principales composiciones se destaca nuestra emblem\u00e1tica\u00a0 cueca “Calle Angosta”<\/strong> y tambi\u00e9n compuso “Zamba Mercedina” (con Oscar Valles).<\/h3>\n

Fue parte de los siguientes\u00a0 conjuntos: “Los Arrieros Cuyanos” junto a Alfredo Alfonso, Ruben Moreira y Manuel Polo Canale.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0Antes integr\u00f3 “Los Coyuyos del Chorrillo”, “Los Trovadores de Cuyo”, “La Tropilla de Huachi Pampa”, “Los Troperos de Pampa de Achala”, “Los Puntanos” con los Hnos. Arce. Junto con Alfonso \u00edntegro el D\u00fao Linares & Canale en 1964, entre otros.<\/h3>\n

La cueca “Calle Angosta” fue escrita en Espa\u00f1a en 1964 por Jos\u00e9 Adimanto Zavala y fue declarada Himno de la ciudad de Villa Mercedes en 2006.<\/h3>\n

Otros temas de la autor\u00eda de Jos\u00e9 Zavala son los gatos “Criollo Renque\u00f1o” y “El Chulengo”, que en su origen era solo instrumental y que en un desaf\u00edo de Zavala, Oscar “Cacho” Valles, le puso letra; la cueca “Bien Cuyano”; la zamba “Vuelves en la noche” y “Mi tierra Mercedina”.<\/h3>\n

Hoy recordamos y rendimos un sentido homenaje al creador de la cuenca que nos identifica a los villamecedinos en el mundo.<\/h3>\n
