Andrea Court \u2013Fiscal Adjunta-. Como Defensoras de la imputada intervinieron la Dra. Eliana Pradel \u2013Defensora Oficial N\u00ba 2- y la Dra. Silvia Moran \u2013Defensora Adjunta-. Como secretaria del juzgado, la Dra. Nadia Segura.<\/h3>\n<h3>El hecho investigado ocurri\u00f3 en Villa Mercedes en un quiosco 24 hs ubicado en la intersecci\u00f3n de calle San Martin y Tucum\u00e1n.<\/h3>\n<h3>El Dr. Ortiz tuvo por formulados cargos de manera provisoria en contra de la mujer como co autora por los delitos de: robo calificado por el uso de arma cuya aptitud para el disparo no ha podido ser acreditado por un hecho ocurrido el 10 de agosto. Robo simple por el hecho del 11 de agosto y robo calificado por el uso de un arma impropia en grado de tentativa en car\u00e1cter de part\u00edcipe necesario.<\/h3>\n<h3>Asimismo, el Juez hizo lugar a
