Sonia Lara<\/strong> fue declarada autora penalmente responsable del delito de homicidio calificado por el v\u00ednculo y por alevos\u00eda.\u00a0 La audiencia de cesura se desarrollar\u00e1 este mi\u00e9rcoles a las 12.30 hs.<\/h3>\n

Este martes, tal como estaba previsto, el tribunal integrado por el Dr. Sebasti\u00e1n Cadelago Filippi \u2013 Presidente \u2013; el Dr. Mauro D`agata Henr\u00edquez y la Dra.\u00a0 Virna Eguinoa \u2013 Vocales \u2013 dio a conocer el veredicto de culpabilidad.<\/h3>\n

El hecho por el que vino acusada la mujer sucedi\u00f3 el pasado 12 de marzo de 2023 en el Barrio La Ribera donde, producto de un incendio, falleci\u00f3 Abril Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, de 11 a\u00f1os, quien conviv\u00eda con su mam\u00e1 y seg\u00fan el informe forense, falleci\u00f3 a causa de una broncoaspiraci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n

Los jueces resolvieron declarar a Sonia Lara como autora penalmente responsable del delito de homicidio calificado por el v\u00ednculo y por alevos\u00eda en perjuicio de Abril Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/h3>\n

Luego de la lectura del veredicto, el tribunal inform\u00f3 que la audiencia de cesura de pena se desarrollar\u00e1 ma\u00f1ana mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de mayo a las 12:30 hs.<\/h3>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 184 (C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal) REALIZACI\u00d3N EN DOS FASES. La realizaci\u00f3n del juicio ser\u00e1 dividida en DOS (2) partes. En la primera se tratar\u00e1 todo lo relativo a la existencia del hecho, la participaci\u00f3n criminal, su calificaci\u00f3n legal y si la persona juzgada es culpable o inocente.- Cuando haya veredicto de culpabilidad, en una segunda fase, las partes podr\u00e1n solicitar al Juez o al Tribunal un plazo m\u00e1ximo de CUARENTA Y OCHO (48) horas, luego del veredicto, para valorar las pruebas a fin de fijar la pena y su modalidad de cumplimiento, fij\u00e1ndose una audiencia a tales efectos.-<\/h3>\n
