Ante la negativa de presentarse a declarar este jueves, se orden\u00f3 el traslado por medio de la polic\u00eda, de testigos vitales para la defensa. Se trata de quienes acompa\u00f1aban a Francis \u201cChulo\u201d Freixes<\/strong> en la camioneta, en el momento del hecho que provoc\u00f3 la muerte de Domingo Hugo Barroso<\/strong>, el 24 de octubre de 2019. Entre ellos se encuentra el enfermero de Nueva Galia,\u00a0Claudio\u00a0Luna<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Como se recordar\u00e1, tras el accidente entre la camioneta que manejaba Freixes (h) y la motocicleta, el conductor abandon\u00f3 el lugar sin detenerse a asistir a Barroso. La situaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s delicada es no solo la del conductor, sino tambi\u00e9n la de Luna, por tratarse de un auxiliar de salud. <\/span><\/h3>\n

La orden judicial indica que tres testigos deber\u00e1n comparecer este viernes y sus testimonios podr\u00eda complicar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la de por s\u00ed delicada situaci\u00f3n en que se encuentra el hijo del ex ministro de la Legalidad, Sergio Freixes, quien tambi\u00e9n tiene sus propios problemas judiciales que lo llevaron a ser condenado a seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, por pedir la renuncia anticipada de los jueces.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Una fuente inobjetable de tribunales hizo conocer a Apuntes de San Luis<\/strong> el texto de la notificaci\u00f3n judicial que se emiti\u00f3 este jueves, y que ya fue recibida en la Jefatura de Comisar\u00eda N\u00b0 20 de Nueva Galia, la cual expresa en forma textual:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Me dirijo a Ud. en los autos caratulados: PEX 259858\/19-“FREIXES FRANCIS EMMANUEL -HOMICIDIO CULPOSO AGRAVADO”, que tramitan ante esta Excma. C\u00e1mara Penal N\u00b01, Presidencia a cargo de la Dra. Sandra Gabriela Ehrlich, Secretaria del Dr. Jos\u00e9 Dominguez Molt\u00f3, a fin de hacerle saber que se ha ordenado el traslado por medio de la fuerza p\u00fablica para el d\u00eda 18 de Agosto de 2023 a las 09,00 hs. ante esta Excma. C\u00e1mara Penal, a fin de prestar declaraci\u00f3n testimonial en el debate oral que se est\u00e1 llevando en los presentes autos a los siguientes testigos: <\/span><\/h3>\n
