Asimismo, continuar\u00e1 el 2 y 5 de agosto a las 9:30 hs en la Sala de Juicios Orales del tribunal mercedino.<\/h3>\n

La Oficina Judicial del Colegio de Jueces en lo Penal de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial inform\u00f3 que, atento a que la defensa de Juan Carlos Solalinde<\/strong> comunic\u00f3 la imposibilidad de concurrir a la audiencia del 31 de julio, el debate oral se reanudar\u00e1 el 1 de agosto y continuar\u00e1 el 2 y 5 del corriente mes y a\u00f1o a las 9:30 hs.<\/h3>\n

Cabe mencionar que el juicio se encuentra en etapa probatoria y se juzga al acusado por homicidio doblemente calificado por haber mantenido una relaci\u00f3n de pareja y por violencia de g\u00e9nero en perjuicio de Johana Galdeano<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 26 de mayo del 2021. El cuerpo de la v\u00edctima fue encontrado en el domicilio en el que viv\u00eda el acusado. La joven, quien hab\u00eda tenido una relaci\u00f3n de pareja con Solalinde, recibi\u00f3 cinco impactos de bala que le provocaron la muerte.<\/h3>\n

El tribunal est\u00e1 integrado por la Dra. Daniela Estrada y los Dres. Mauro D\u00b4Agata Henr\u00edquez\u00a0 y Sebasti\u00e1n Cadelago Filippi. Como Secretario interviene el Dr. H\u00e9ctor Lazzari.<\/h3>\n

En la coordinaci\u00f3n del proceso interviene la Dra. Karina Cabral, Directora de la Oficina Judicial del Colegio de Jueces en lo Penal, de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial. Act\u00faa como Fiscal de Juicio el Dr. Ernesto Lutens, en representaci\u00f3n de la querella la Dra. Mikaela Eguinoa y como defensores del acusado los Dres. Dres. Marcos Juarez y Ramiro Rubio.<\/h3>\n
