La vicepresidenta y titular del Senado, Victoria Villarruel<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 que el juez federal Ariel Lijo<\/strong> no tiene los “pergaminos necesarios” para integrar la Corte Suprema de Justicia y reafirm\u00f3 su malestar por su candidatura, que fue promovida por el presidente Javier Milei.<\/h3>\n

“Mi opini\u00f3n sobre Lijo es p\u00fablica. No estoy de acuerdo con su candidatura”, lanz\u00f3 Villarruel en un almuerzo en el Colegio de Abogados de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.<\/h3>\n

Para la vicepresidenta, Lijo “es un juez que su candidatura ha partido mucho a la sociedad, entre los que est\u00e1n a favor y en contra”.<\/h3>\n

Juez Ariel Lijo.<\/em><\/h3>\n

“Es un juez controversial que no contar\u00eda con los pergaminos necesarios para ser juez de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n”, resalt\u00f3.<\/h3>\n

Otro de los argumentos que esgrimi\u00f3 Villarruel fue que Lijo ocupar\u00eda el asiento que dej\u00f3 Elena Highton: “Est\u00e1 reemplazando la banca de una mujer. Me hubiera gustado que ese lugar lo ocupar\u00e1 una mujer, y lo dice alguien que no es feminista sino que desde un lugar de justicia”.<\/h3>\n

No es la primera vez que la abogada se pronuncia sobre Lijo. Lo hizo tambi\u00e9n en marzo pasado al sostener que no le “gustaba” el integrante de los juzgados federales de Comodoro Py.<\/h3>\n

Ma\u00f1ana, desde la 10, Lijo defender\u00e1 su postulaci\u00f3n para integrar el m\u00e1ximo tribunal ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Acuerdos del Senado.<\/h3>\n

M\u00c1S CUESTIONAMIENTOS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Por su parte Carolina Losada<\/strong> adelant\u00f3 que va a\u00a0rechazar la postulaci\u00f3n del Poder Ejecutivo para que el juez Ariel Lijo forme parte de la Corte Suprema. \u201cHay cosas que tambi\u00e9n tenemos obligaci\u00f3n como medios de comunicaci\u00f3n que es explicarle a la gente las cosas que van a afectar su vida. El tema de Lijo, por ejemplo\u201d, plante\u00f3.<\/h3>\n

\u201cEl juez Lijo tiene 32 denuncias y es uno de los tres jueces m\u00e1s denunciados en Comodoro Py y se est\u00e1 proponiendo como integrante del m\u00e1ximo tribunal. Eso afecta la vida de cada uno de los argentinos. Y est\u00e1 bueno que le contemos a la gente c\u00f3mo afecta eso\u201d, insisti\u00f3 la senadora.<\/h3>\n

Para Losada, la seguridad jur\u00eddica es central por lo que anticip\u00f3 que rechazar\u00e1 la propuesta de Lijo:\u00a0\u201cNo podemos traicionar el voto de los argentinos.\u00a0<\/strong>La gente vot\u00f3 transparencia y la transparencia incluye a la justicia porque es uno de los organismos fundamentales para que la transparencia exista\u201d.<\/h3>\n

\u201cNo hay casta pol\u00edtica si no hay una casta judicial que la ampara. Entonces no votemos casta judicial que la ampara.\u00a0No votemos casta judicial. No le fallemos a la gente que quiere transparencia en la pol\u00edtica, en la justicia y en todo lo que afecta la vida de los argentinos\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0concluy\u00f3.<\/h3>\n
