En el proceso judicial estuvieron presentes el Fiscal de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b0 2, Dr. Marcelo Salda\u00f1o, y la Fiscal Adjunta, Dra. Lucila Giampieri, quienes presentaron los cargos en un caso de hurto que involucra a un sospechoso identificado como J.B.<\/h3>\n<h3>Los hechos que motivan esta causa ocurrieron el 31 de mayo de 2024, entre las 18:30 y las 19:00 horas, en la localidad de Naschel. Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, J.B. habr\u00eda ingresado a un domicilio por una puerta ventana trasera que estaba sin seguro y sustrajo siete tel\u00e9fonos celulares. El acceso no autorizado y la posterior sustracci\u00f3n de los dispositivos m\u00f3viles han llevado a las autoridades a iniciar una investigaci\u00f3n que culmin\u00f3 en la mencionada audiencia de control de acusaci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>Durante la audiencia, el fiscal Salda\u00f1o y la fiscal adjunta Giampieri expusieron las pruebas y detalles del caso ante el juez Pinto, con el fin de establecer la validez de la acusaci\u00f3n y asegurar la continuaci\u00f3n del proceso judicial contra el acusado. Este es un paso crucial en el desarrollo del proceso penal, donde se determina si existen elementos suficientes para llevar al imputado a juicio.<\/h3>\n<h3>El caso seguir\u00e1 su curso en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, en los que se espera que el Juzgado de Garant\u00eda N\u00b0 2 defina las medidas a
