{"id":22388,"date":"2024-09-17T21:28:29","date_gmt":"2024-09-18T00:28:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=22388"},"modified":"2024-09-17T21:28:29","modified_gmt":"2024-09-18T00:28:29","slug":"presentan-proyecto-de-ley-para-adherir-al-regimen-de-regularizacion-de-activos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/17\/presentan-proyecto-de-ley-para-adherir-al-regimen-de-regularizacion-de-activos\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN PROYECTO DE LEY PARA ADHERIR AL R\u00c9GIMEN DE REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE ACTIVOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>La adhesi\u00f3n a la normativa nacional permitir\u00e1 la liberaci\u00f3n del pago del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos y del Impuesto de Sellos, que hubiera correspondido ingresar por operaciones con los fondos o bienes blanqueados.<\/h3>\n<h3>El Ejecutivo provincial present\u00f3 este martes en la Legislatura el proyecto de Ley de Adhesi\u00f3n de la Provincia de San Luis al R\u00e9gimen de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Activos (Ley Nacional N\u00ba 27.743). Se trata de la iniciativa nacional que busca un blanqueo de capitales mediante la posibilidad de que los contribuyentes y responsables -que pretendan regularizar su situaci\u00f3n fiscal- accedan a distintos beneficios seg\u00fan la modalidad y oportunidad de apego a la propuesta.<\/h3>\n<h3>La adhesi\u00f3n de la Provincia a esta norma nacional permitir\u00e1 la liberaci\u00f3n del pago del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos y del Impuesto de Sellos, que hubiera correspondido ingresar por las operaciones que originaron los fondos o bienes regularizados. Con respecto al blanqueo en el Impuesto Inmobiliario cabe destacar que el Ejecutivo provincial ya estableci\u00f3 un r\u00e9gimen que venci\u00f3 el pasado 15 de agosto.<\/h3>\n<h3>Cabe mencionar que para acogerse a los beneficios impositivos, es requisito estar al d\u00eda con todos los impuestos y obligaciones, al momento de la solicitud de adhesi\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>En la misma l\u00ednea dispuesta a nivel nacional, el proyecto provincial tambi\u00e9n propone a los municipios sumarse a la normativa. Un punto destacable de esta iniciativa es que diversas instituciones y organizaciones han declarado la importancia de acompa\u00f1ar el r\u00e9gimen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Por ejemplo, la Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Consejos Profesionales de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas (FACPCE) y la Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) se manifestaron a favor para garantizar la efectividad de la propuesta. Mientras que en el \u00e1mbito local el Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas de San Luis igualmente solicit\u00f3 la
