Como Secretaria intervino la Dra. Claudia Su\u00e1rez.<\/h3>\n<h3>Este viernes, se realiz\u00f3 la audiencia en donde le formularon cargos al hombre por el\u00a0 hecho ocurrido el pasado 18 de septiembre en una helader\u00eda del barrio La Ribera, en Villa Mercedes.<\/h3>\n<h3>La Dra. Cecilia Framini\u2013Fiscal Adjunta \u2013 relat\u00f3 que en esa oportunidad el imputado ingres\u00f3 al local ubicado en la intersecci\u00f3n de la Avenida P\u00e9rez y Monse\u00f1or Angeli. Portaba un cuchillo tipo carnicero,\u00a0 y utilizando este elemento, se acerc\u00f3 a la caja donde se apoder\u00f3 de 38 mil pesos, para luego darse a la fuga.<\/h3>\n<h3>La Fiscal mencion\u00f3 la evidencia incorporada al legajo y formul\u00f3 cargos por\u00a0 el delito de robo calificado por el uso de arma, en los t\u00e9rminos de los Art. 166 Inc 2 primera parte y 45 del C\u00f3digo Penal Argentino.<\/h3>\n<h3>Por su parte, el Fiscal de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00ba 1 \u2013\u00a0 Dr. Maximiliano Bazla Cassina-\u00a0 explic\u00f3 que el registro f\u00edlmico de las c\u00e1mara de seguridad del comercio permitieron captar todo el hecho delictivo, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n identificar al autor, por sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas y por la ropa que utilizaba en ese momento. Asimismo, anticip\u00f3 que pedir\u00edan prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida de coerci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>En tanto la defensa, representada por el Dr. Vicente Cuesta solicit\u00f3 la pr\u00f3rroga de la detenci\u00f3n por un plazo de siete d\u00edas a fin de recopilar evidencias y exponer su teor\u00eda del caso.<\/h3>\n<h3>Luego de escuchar a las partes, el Dr. Mat\u00edas Farinazzo Tempestini tuvo por admitida la formulaci\u00f3n de cargos en los t\u00e9rminos solicitados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, concedi\u00f3 la pr\u00f3rroga de detenci\u00f3n solicitada por la Defensa y fij\u00f3 una nueva audiencia para el pr\u00f3ximo 27 de septiembre cuando se definir\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n procesal del
