La Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (DPIP) lanz\u00f3 un plan de facilidades de pago que incluye deudas de los impuestos Inmobiliario, Automotores, sobre Ingresos Brutos, multas por omisi\u00f3n y cuotas de viviendas.<\/h3>\n<h3>La propuesta es aplicable a quienes registren deuda con una antig\u00fcedad mayor a 30 d\u00edas al momento de la suscripci\u00f3n al plan y est\u00e1 pensada para todos los contribuyentes -responsables u obligados- de los tributos, accesorios, multas y obligaciones mencionadas.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ingresos P\u00fablicos inform\u00f3 que el plan alcanza capital, intereses y\/o multas relativos a las obligaciones detalladas, hayan sido o no intimados los deudores, en proceso de determinaci\u00f3n y\/o sumarial, recurridas en cualquiera de las instancias administrativas y\/o judiciales.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Formas de pago<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Deber\u00e1 realizarse un anticipo del 30% de la deuda a incorporar y planes de tres, seis y doce cuotas. El monto m\u00ednimo por cuota es de $20 mil. El inter\u00e9s de financiaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el vigente en el momento de acogerse al plan y seg\u00fan la cantidad de cuotas. Hasta tres es sin inter\u00e9s, hasta seis se abona el 50% del inter\u00e9s vigente y hasta doce el inter\u00e9s pleno vigente.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo sumarse al plan de facilidades?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Los interesados podr\u00e1n solicitar la adhesi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del portal web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rentas.sanluis.gov.ar\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">www.rentas.sanluis.gov.ar<\/span><\/a>, mediante el uso de clave fiscal.<\/h3>\n<h3>Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la posibilidad de hacerlo de manera presencial en las oficinas de la Direcci\u00f3n, en la sede de San Luis y en las delegaciones y receptor\u00edas de localidades del interior.<\/h3>\n<h3>Quienes opten por esta modalidad deber\u00e1n acudir con DNI y fotocopia. Si no figura el CUIL, ser\u00e1 necesaria la constancia de ANSES. Se deber\u00e1 consignar adem\u00e1s n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico v\u00e1lida. En el caso de personas jur\u00eddicas y\/o sujetos equiparados a las mismas con fines fiscales, implica una serie de requisitos
