{"id":2375,"date":"2023-08-30T13:43:40","date_gmt":"2023-08-30T16:43:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=2375"},"modified":"2023-08-30T13:43:40","modified_gmt":"2023-08-30T16:43:40","slug":"audiencia-de-conciliacion-acordaron-la-entrega-de-50-mil-pesos-para-compensar-el-dano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/30\/audiencia-de-conciliacion-acordaron-la-entrega-de-50-mil-pesos-para-compensar-el-dano\/","title":{"rendered":"AUDIENCIA DE CONCILIACI\u00d3N: ACORDARON LA ENTREGA DE 50 MIL PESOS PARA COMPENSAR EL DA\u00d1O"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Las partes acordaron compensar el da\u00f1o econ\u00f3micamente, en consecuencia el tribunal homolog\u00f3 el acuerdo de conciliaci\u00f3n y declar\u00f3 extinguida la acci\u00f3n penal.<\/h3>\n<h3>Un hombre imputado por el delito de robo calificado en grado de tentativa fue sobrese\u00eddo luego de llegar a un acuerdo de conciliaci\u00f3n con el damnificado. Dicho acuerdo consisti\u00f3 en un pedido de disculpas y la entrega de una suma de $50.000 en concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/h3>\n<h3>Los t\u00e9rminos del acuerdo fueron informados por el Defensor de Juicio, Dr. V\u00edctor Endeiza y ratificados por el Fiscal de Juicio Dr. Ernesto Lutens. Asimismo, prestaron consentimiento el damnificado que se encontraba presente en la audiencia y el imputado \u2013conectado desde el Servicio Penitenciario-.<\/h3>\n<h3>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 22 de diciembre de 2018 cuando dos personas se apoderaron de una motocicleta que se encontraba con traba en el manubrio. Luego de ser observados por otras personas y al no poder accionar la marcha, abandonaron el rodado y se dieron a la fuga.<\/h3>\n<h3>El tribunal integrado por la Dra. Daniela Estrada \u2013presidente- y el Dr.\u00a0 Mauro Germ\u00e1n D`Agata Henriquez \u2013vocal- homolog\u00f3 el acuerdo y otorg\u00f3 un cuarto intermedio para que, en presencia del secretario Dr. H\u00e9ctor Lazzari se entregara la suma de dinero a los fines de materializar el acuerdo.<\/h3>\n<h3>Luego de eso, la Dra. Daniela Estrada atento el cumplimiento de lo acordado resolvi\u00f3 declarar extinguida la acci\u00f3n penal y en consecuencia el sobreseimiento del imputado por el delito de robo calificado en grado
