desprevenidos no s\u00f3lo al due\u00f1o, que se hallaba en el lugar, sino tambi\u00e9n a varios clientes que se encontraban ocupando sus habitaciones.<\/h3>\n<h3>Como se recordar\u00e1, hace poco m\u00e1s de una semana en ese lugar falleci\u00f3 un cliente, por causas naturales.\u00a0A partir de ese hecho, pudo establecerse que el comercio ya hab\u00eda sido clausurado m\u00e1s de 70 veces por el municipio, pero ins\u00f3litamente continuaba funcionando.<\/h3>\n<h3>El operativo lo encabez\u00f3 el fiscal N\u00b0 3 <strong>Jos\u00e9 Olgu\u00edn<\/strong>, quien reconoci\u00f3 que el local se encontraba con clausura definitiva hace tres a\u00f1os y no contaba con ning\u00fan tipo de habilitaci\u00f3n municipal y\/o comercial para funcionar.<\/h3>\n<h3>Durante el allanamiento, los funcionarios judiciales fueron acompa\u00f1ados por personal municipal que depende de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, del \u00e1rea de Control Urbano.<\/h3>\n<h3>En la oportunidad la justicia dispuso el secuestro de muebles, colchones y todos los elementos que le permit\u00edan funcionar al motel Top\u00b4s, y tambi\u00e9n se detuvo al propietario, <strong>Walter Colombo<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<h3>El m\u00f3vil de <strong>FM Latina 103.9<\/strong> logr\u00f3 una cobertura exclusiva del momento exacto en que la justicia efectu\u00f3 el operativo y obtuvo la palabra del fiscal, quien ofreci\u00f3
