Le otorgaron 4 millones de pesos por una investigaci\u00f3n. Antes hubo un cambio de reglamento que le permiti\u00f3 participar.<\/h3>\n

El diputado libertario Jos\u00e9 Luis Espert recibi\u00f3 $4 millones del Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina<\/strong> (BCRA) por haber ganado el Premio de Investigaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica “Dr. Ra\u00fal Prebisch”, que otorga la entidad monetaria.<\/h3>\n

El episodio desat\u00f3 una pol\u00e9mica porque el organismo modific\u00f3 las bases del concurso poco antes del cierre de la convocatoria, lo que termin\u00f3 habilitando la participaci\u00f3n del legislador oficialista.<\/h3>\n

“FELICITACIONES PROFE…!!!”, lo salud\u00f3 el presidente Javier Milei<\/strong> en X tras enterarse del premio recibido por Espert, posible cabeza de lista para las elecciones legislativas del a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo en la provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/h3>\n

En su reglamento, el certamen aceptaba \u00fanicamente tesis doctorales aprobadas entre 2021 y 2024, pero esta limitaci\u00f3n temporal fue ampliada el 29 de agosto \u00faltimo, un mes antes de la fecha l\u00edmite, para incluir trabajos defendidos desde 2018.<\/h3>\n

Esta modificaci\u00f3n result\u00f3 importante para Espert, ya que la tesis doctoral del titular de la comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto y Hacienda fue presentada en 2020. Seg\u00fan se comunic\u00f3, el BCRA decidi\u00f3 ampliar el per\u00edodo de aceptaci\u00f3n de tesis doctorales de 2021-2024 a 2018-2024 porque “hab\u00eda pocos inscriptos”.<\/h3>\n

Si bien se actualizaron las reglas en la p\u00e1gina del banco el 3 de septiembre, la modificaci\u00f3n concreta se inform\u00f3 a 20 universidades a trav\u00e9s de un mail de la subsecretar\u00eda general de Investigaciones Econ\u00f3micas del BCRA.<\/h3>\n

El organismo inform\u00f3 que se presentaron un total de 40 trabajos en las tres categor\u00edas del concurso: estudiantes de nivel universitario; j\u00f3venes profesionales y tesis de doctorado en econom\u00eda.<\/h3>\n

En esta \u00faltima, la categor\u00eda en la que particip\u00f3 Espert, hubo seis participantes y solo dos finalistas, seg\u00fan datos de la entidad.<\/h3>\n
