Ivanna Vanessa Albarado Magallanes<\/strong> (titular) y <strong>M\u00f3nica Viviana Corval\u00e1n<\/strong> (subrogante), ser\u00e1n Representantes del Poder Judicial para conformar la Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley N\u00b0 V-1146-2024, conocida como \u201cley de narcotest\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>Esta normativa fue sancionada en noviembre del 2024 y establece la realizaci\u00f3n de un examen toxicol\u00f3gico y obligatorio con el fin de determinar el consumo de sustancias psicotr\u00f3picas ilegales por parte de los funcionarios p\u00fablicos. En el Poder Judicial los sujetos alcanzados por esta medida son los Magistrados y Funcionarios Judiciales.<\/h3>\n<h3>El examen deber\u00e1 realizarse anualmente y de forma aleatoria, mediante un procedimiento que garantice la transparencia e igualdad de tratamiento en la selecci\u00f3n de los funcionarios que deban someterse al mismo. Adem\u00e1s los resultados ser\u00e1n de car\u00e1cter confidencial.<\/h3>\n<h3>Adem\u00e1s el STJ estableci\u00f3 que la Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, ser\u00e1 el Organismo Responsable de la instrumentaci\u00f3n de la referida normativa.<\/h3>\n<h3>Recursos Humanos ser\u00e1 el encargado de llevar el detalle de las fechas de realizaci\u00f3n de los ex\u00e1menes, sus resultados y cualquier otro dato de inter\u00e9s. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 confeccionar el registro con los Magistrados y Funcionarios alcanzados por dicha ley.<\/h3>\n<h3>Por el lado del<strong> Ejecutivo<\/strong>, la representaci\u00f3n la ejerce el Secretario de \u00c9tica P\u00fablica, <strong>Ricardo Bazla<\/strong>. En el caso del <strong>Poder Legislativo<\/strong>, no se conoce que haya aprobado una reglamentaci\u00f3n o designado representante.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>VER: <a
