A 128 d\u00edas de las elecciones legislativas del 11 de mayo<\/strong>, muchos comenzaron a sufrir el llamado \u201cS\u00edndrome del Mandato Ca\u00eddo\u201d<\/strong>. Es una afecci\u00f3n que a\u00fan no tiene un lugar en los manuales de la psicolog\u00eda, pero se caracteriza por un \u201cestado de malestar recurrente, de marcada ansiedad, producto de la incertidumbre y la tristeza por lo que est\u00e1 a punto de concluir\u201d.<\/h3>\n

El que es legislador o intendente, tiene la triste certeza de que el 10 de diciembre de 2025<\/strong> concluye su mandato. Ya no m\u00e1s la tranquilidad de encontrar acreditado su generoso sueldo todos los meses. Salvo que consigan un lugar en la lista para ir a la reelecci\u00f3n, o que alg\u00fan ejecutivo les ofrezca otro cargo (cuestiones azarosas si las hay), muchos empiezan a plantearse su futuro laboral fuera de la pol\u00edtica. Y ya se sabe: la calle est\u00e1 dura, la crisis aprieta y no es f\u00e1cil conseguir un laburo seguro y bien remunerado.<\/h3>\n

En estos comicios de medio t\u00e9rmino, se renovar\u00e1n las mitades de las c\u00e1maras de Diputados y de Senadores de la provincia, como tambi\u00e9n los concejos deliberantes; \u00a0se elegir\u00e1n adem\u00e1s algunas intendencias y comisiones municipales.<\/h3>\n

Son elecciones trascendentales, puesto que para los gobiernos representan un term\u00f3metro para saber c\u00f3mo es valorada su gesti\u00f3n por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda, al cumplirse cerca de la mitad de su mandato.<\/h3>\n

Ocurre que este comicio es una oportunidad que se brinda al electorado para que respalde o castigue a los gobernantes, seg\u00fan considere que est\u00e1n habiendo las cosas m\u00e1s o menos bien o directamente mal.<\/h3>\n

CHAU BOLETA S\u00c1BANA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lo interesante de estas elecciones, por otro lado, es que por primera vez se aplicar\u00e1 un nuevo sistema electoral: la Boleta \u00danica Papel<\/strong> (BUP). Es decir, los diferentes partidos no tendr\u00e1n su propia boleta, con la impresi\u00f3n de sus candidatos, sino que estar\u00e1n todos incorporados en una misma papeleta. Se termina la llamada boleta s\u00e1bana<\/strong>, de cada partido, que permit\u00eda el elector colocarla completa en la urna, apoyando a los candidatos de una misma fuerza.<\/h3>\n

El gobierno, seguramente, deber\u00e1 iniciar en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas una campa\u00f1a de difusi\u00f3n para informar y ense\u00f1ar a votar bajo este nuevo sistema. Por de pronto, la BUP tambi\u00e9n ofrece la opci\u00f3n de votar todos los candidatos de una misma fuerza pol\u00edtica, pero tambi\u00e9n permite hacerlo en forma individual, votando postulantes por categor\u00eda de cargos, de diferentes fuerzas pol\u00edticas.<\/h3>\n

En los pr\u00f3ximos comicios se elegir\u00e1n un total de 22 diputados provinciales y 4 senadores departamentales, pero tambi\u00e9n concejales e intendentes y comisionados.<\/h3>\n
