{"id":27530,"date":"2025-01-02T17:43:35","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T20:43:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=27530"},"modified":"2025-01-02T17:43:35","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T20:43:35","slug":"argentina-denuncio-ante-la-corte-penal-internacional-el-secuestro-del-gendarme-nahuel-gallo-por-parte-de-venezuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/02\/argentina-denuncio-ante-la-corte-penal-internacional-el-secuestro-del-gendarme-nahuel-gallo-por-parte-de-venezuela\/","title":{"rendered":"ARGENTINA DENUNCI\u00d3 ANTE LA CORTE PENAL INTERNACIONAL EL SECUESTRO DEL GENDARME NAHUEL GALLO POR PARTE DE VENEZUELA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 desde Canciller\u00eda, este hecho constituye \u201cuna violaci\u00f3n grave y flagrante de los derechos humanos\u201d<\/h3>\n<h3>El Gobierno de Javier Milei denunci\u00f3 hoy ante la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) la detenci\u00f3n arbitraria y desaparici\u00f3n forzada del gendarme Nahuel Gallo, secuestrado desde el pasado 8 de diciembre por la dictadura de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro en Venezuela.<\/h3>\n<h3>Seg\u00fan el comunicado oficial de Canciller\u00eda, la denuncia incluy\u00f3 una menci\u00f3n directa hacia el fiscal general venezolano, Tarek William Saab, que defendi\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen con relaci\u00f3n a la situaci\u00f3n de Gallo y, entrevistado por Infobae, asegur\u00f3 que el argentino participaba de \u201cacciones conspirativas contra la paz republicana\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>La \u00faltima imagen del gendarme Nahuel Agust\u00edn Gallo en territorio venezolano antes de ser secuestrado por las fuerzas de la dictadura de Maduro.<\/h3>\n<h3>En su presentaci\u00f3n ante el CPI, la administraci\u00f3n argentina calific\u00f3 el secuestro del gendarme como una \u201cviolaci\u00f3n grave y flagrante de los derechos humanos\u201d y lo enmarc\u00f3 dentro de un supuesto \u201cpatr\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tico de cr\u00edmenes de lesa humanidad, que se est\u00e1n cometiendo en la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, los cuales se encuentran claramente bajo la jurisdicci\u00f3n de la CPI\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>El caso de Gallo es una de las prioridades de la pol\u00edtica exterior del gobierno argentino, que reiter\u00f3 que se utilizar\u00e1n \u201ctodos los recursos legales y diplom\u00e1ticos\u201d disponibles con el objetivo de garantizar los derechos del gendarme argentino y \u201cexigir justicia en el \u00e1mbito internacional\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>Brasil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile y Bolivia aceptar\u00e1n el ingreso de veh\u00edculos argentinos que tengan patentes provisorias de papel<\/h3>\n<h3>El pasado fin de semana, la ministra de Seguridad, Patricia Bullrich, volvi\u00f3 a reclamar por la situaci\u00f3n de Gallo, calific\u00f3 a Tarek William Saab de \u201ccriminal y antisemita\u201d, y rechaz\u00f3 la versi\u00f3n de una \u201cconspiraci\u00f3n\u201d contra la dictadura encabezada por Maduro.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cEs una mentira tras otra. Juntan rehenes para protegerse de sus propios miedos. Los pa\u00edses donde se vive en libertad no necesitan coleccionar rehenes\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la funcionaria en declaraciones a este medio.<\/h3>\n<h3>Y agreg\u00f3: \u201cGendarmer\u00eda tiene normas para cuando un efectivo sale del pa\u00eds: presentar un tel\u00e9fono, una direcci\u00f3n y un sistema sanitario; lo presenta en personal y obtiene el permiso. Este criminal dice que se debe avisar cuando va un personal policial, eso es una gran mentira justificatoria. \u00c9l no va a un ejercicio policial ni va a un intercambio de estudios, va a visitar a
