{"id":28105,"date":"2025-01-23T19:08:41","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T22:08:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=28105"},"modified":"2025-01-23T21:01:16","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T00:01:16","slug":"malestar-del-personal-de-la-empresa-newpga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/23\/malestar-del-personal-de-la-empresa-newpga\/","title":{"rendered":"MALESTAR DEL PERSONAL DE LA EMPRESA NEWPGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Luego de una \u201cprudente espera\u201d, la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva de ATSA comunic\u00f3 el fracaso de las negociaciones paritarias con la firma NewPGA<\/h3>\n<h3>La empresa se niega a conceder un incremento salarial al personal, para compensar la p\u00e9rdida de poder adquisitivo por la inflaci\u00f3n registrada en el \u00faltimo semestre de 2024.<\/h3>\n<h3>Tras el fracaso de la \u00faltima revisi\u00f3n paritaria, trabajadores afiliados a <strong>ATSA<\/strong> denunciar\u00e1n al grupo empresario que adquiri\u00f3 <strong>Procter &amp; Gamble<\/strong> (P&amp;G) ante Relaciones Laborales y no descartan otros tipos de acciones de protesta.<\/h3>\n<h3>El conflicto comenz\u00f3 a incubarse en noviembre pasado, cuando trabajadores y patronal deb\u00edan reunirse para negociar la revisi\u00f3n de paritarias, en el marco del Convenio Colectivo 804\/06, pero los representantes empresarios no se hicieron presentes. Tras insistir con el pedido durante dos meses, finalmente <strong>NewPGA<\/strong> acept\u00f3 sentarse a la mesa de negociaciones.<\/h3>\n<h3>Durante los d\u00edas lunes 13 y martes 14 de Enero del 2025 se llev\u00f3 a cabo la revisi\u00f3n de paritarias entre la empresa NewPGA y Sindicato ATSA.<\/h3>\n<h3>En primera instancia, la empresa ofreci\u00f3 una ayuda escolar de 140 mil pesos solamente para los empleados que tengan hijos escolarizados. Luego elevaron su ofrecimiento a $220.000, pero se negaron a conceder un ajuste salarial, de acuerdo con la p\u00e9rdida inflacionaria de los meses de agosto a diciembre 2024.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ante la cerrada postura de la empresa, ATSA rechaz\u00f3 firmar ning\u00fan acuerdo y los trabajadores se declararon en estado de
