En el mismo, da cuenta de la Activaci\u00f3n del <strong>Protocolo de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo<\/strong> del Comit\u00e9 de Riesgos del HCRC.<\/h3>\n<h3>El comunicado textual indica:<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cDesde el Hospital Central Ram\u00f3n Carrillo informamos que, ante el lamentable fallecimiento de \u00c1ngel Pablo Pe\u00f1a, atendido en nuestra Instituci\u00f3n el pasado 22 de enero y que, ante las expresiones de algunos de sus familiares y seres queridos, quienes adem\u00e1s de expresar la consternaci\u00f3n que produce la partida de un ser amado, consideran que se podr\u00eda haber incurrido en fallas en la atenci\u00f3n medica de parte de los profesionales que lo atendieron, el directorio del hospital procede a la Activaci\u00f3n del Protocolo de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo del Comit\u00e9 de Riesgos del HCRC.<\/h3>\n<h3>Se solicita que mediante el citado Protocolo, se desarrolle de modo inmediato, la investigaci\u00f3n del caso que permita, en una primera instancia, evacuar toda incertidumbre de quienes expresan dudas en los procedimientos m\u00e9dicos realizados. La citada investigaci\u00f3n debe al menos incluir:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>La revisi\u00f3n integral de la Historia Cl\u00ednica de \u00c1ngel Pablo Pe\u00f1a<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Entrevista con los profesionales involucrados en las diferentes etapas de la atenci\u00f3n del paciente<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Solicitud de informes m\u00e9dicos adicionales de todos los participantes de los hechos detallados.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desde la Instituci\u00f3n comprendemos y acompa\u00f1amos en el dolor a quienes hoy lamentan la p\u00e9rdida irreparable de un ser amado.<\/h3>\n<h3>Nuestro compromiso para con ellos, y para con todos los sanluise\u00f1os que depositan en nuestra instituci\u00f3n la responsabilidad de atenderlos ante cada dolencia, es acompa\u00f1arlos en esta dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n, revisando exhaustivamente todos los procedimientos m\u00e9dicos realizados, a los efectos de dilucidar dudas e incertidumbres en la praxis realizada, alumbrando la verdad m\u00e9dico-cient\u00edfica como una \u00fanica respuesta, por respeto a quienes hoy est\u00e1n sufriendo\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>INFORMACI\u00d3N PRELIMINAR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>El paciente \u00c1ngel Pablo Pe\u00f1a ingreso al servicio de urgencia-emergencia del HCRC el d\u00eda 22 de enero de 2025 a la hora 9:22, refiriendo falta de aire y desasosiego, con un cuadro cl\u00ednico compatible con shock (taquicard\u00edco, hipotenso, frio, sudoroso, cian\u00f3tico, con livideces), por lo que fue internado de urgencia en el Shock Room donde se le realizo el tratamiento inicial.<\/h3>\n<h3>Se solicitaron m\u00faltiples ex\u00e1menes complementarios como laboratorio, electrocardiograma, radiograf\u00eda de t\u00f3rax, ecocardiograma, doppler vascular, tac, entre otros, descartando inicialmente shock cardiog\u00e9nico y shock obstructivo (s\u00edndrome coronario agudo, trombo embolismo pulmonar, s\u00edndrome a\u00f3rtico agudo, taponamiento cardiaco) y llegando a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el paciente estaba cursando un shock distributivo.<\/h3>\n<h3>Se continu\u00f3 con medidas de sost\u00e9n (resucitaci\u00f3n con volumen, drogas inotr\u00f3picas y asistencia respiratoria mec\u00e1nica) traslad\u00e1ndose el paciente a terapia intensiva con el fin de compensarlo metab\u00f3licamente y estabilizarlo termodin\u00e1micamente.<\/h3>\n<h3>El paciente no responde al tratamiento m\u00e9dico instituido, presentando a bradicardia extrema con posterior asistolia, realiz\u00e1ndosele las medidas de resucitaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sicas y avanzadas sin \u00e9xito, constat\u00e1ndose lamentablemente el \u00f3bito del mismo, a la hora 13:45, del mismo d\u00eda de ingreso.<\/h3>\n<h3>El paciente hab\u00eda consultado previamente en dos oportunidades por la guardia de urgencia refiriendo dolor lumbar inespec\u00edfico, no encontr\u00e1ndose a prima facie relaci\u00f3n directa con el cuadro cl\u00ednico por el cual ingreso el d\u00eda 22 de enero.<\/h3>\n<h3>La instituci\u00f3n expresa sus condolencias a la familia y queda a disposici\u00f3n para evacuar dudas con respecto al desempe\u00f1o
