El encuentro tendr\u00e1 lugar en el edificio municipal.<\/h3>\n<h3><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-28738 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/LEONARDO-RODRIGUEZ-300x195.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/LEONARDO-RODRIGUEZ-300x195.png 300w, https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/LEONARDO-RODRIGUEZ-768x498.png 768w, https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/LEONARDO-RODRIGUEZ.png 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>DETALLES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Seg\u00fan informa <strong>San Luis Data<\/strong>, la noche del lunes tuvo lugar un violento enfrentamiento entre una pareja de artesanos y personal de Bromatolog\u00eda del Municipio de Merlo, en pleno centro, en el marco de la reciente implementaci\u00f3n de una normativa que regula las actividades informales en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/h3>\n<h3>La nueva ordenanza, promovida por el intendente interino Leonardo Rodr\u00edguez, proh\u00edbe actividades como las de trapitos, limpiavidrios, artistas callejeros y manteros. Su objetivo es reorganizar el uso del espacio p\u00fablico y actualizar las regulaciones en un destino tur\u00edstico que ha visto un auge en la presencia de trabajadores informales.<\/h3>\n<h3>Bajo el nombre de \u00abRegulaci\u00f3n de Actividades Informales del Espacio P\u00fablico Vial y Promoci\u00f3n de Oportunidades Laborales Dignas\u00bb, la normativa busca, adem\u00e1s, crear un Registro Municipal de Inclusi\u00f3n y Transici\u00f3n Laboral, para capacitar a quienes realizan actividades informales y ayudarlos a acceder a empleos formales.<\/h3>\n<h3>Sin embargo, los nuevos lineamientos no han sido bien recibidos por todos. El altercado entre los artesanos y el personal de Bromatolog\u00eda refleja la tensi\u00f3n generada por la implementaci\u00f3n de estas regulaciones y pone en evidencia la dificultad de conciliar la modernizaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico con las necesidades de los trabajadores informales.<\/h3>\n<div style=\"width: 394px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE
