\u201cla reforma jubilatoria no es para este momento\u201d, al salir al cruce de declaraciones formuladas el director ejecutivo de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES), <strong>Mariano de los Heros<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<h3>As\u00ed, el jefe de Estado ech\u00f3 por tierra con la posibilidad de que el cambio en el sistema previsional se debata este a\u00f1o.<\/h3>\n<h3>De los Heros hab\u00eda se\u00f1alado que el Gobierno buscar\u00e1 impulsar una reforma previsional \u201cantes de fin de a\u00f1o\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>Pero Milei desech\u00f3 de plano esa posibilidad, en medio del a\u00f1o electoral.<\/h3>\n<h3>Actualmente, con 30 a\u00f1os de aportes, las mujeres pueden jubilarse a los 60 a\u00f1os y los varones a los 65 a\u00f1os.<\/h3>\n<h3>No obstante, desde 2018, los empleadores no pueden intimar a esos trabajadores del sector privado a jubilarse si re\u00fanen esos dos requisitos porque pueden optar por trabajar hasta los 70 a\u00f1os.<\/h3>\n<h3>Adem\u00e1s, ante el vencimiento el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de marzo de la moratoria previsional, De los Heros ratific\u00f3 que \u201cel que no llega a los 30 a\u00f1os de aportes, no tiene derecho a la jubilaci\u00f3n\u201d y volvi\u00f3 a la carga con la creaci\u00f3n de una Prestaci\u00f3n de Retiro Proporcional.<\/h3>\n<h3>La Prestaci\u00f3n Proporcional \u2013 figuraba en el proyecto de Ley Bases pero luego del Gobierno la retir\u00f3 porque se descontaba que no ser\u00eda aprobada por el Congreso- consiste en una jubilaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan los a\u00f1os aportados, con la garant\u00eda de un haber m\u00ednimo equivalente a la PUAM (Prestaci\u00f3n Universal al Adulto Mayor) del 80% del haber m\u00ednimo ( en febrero ese m\u00ednimo es de $
