{"id":29566,"date":"2025-02-20T22:50:06","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T01:50:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=29566"},"modified":"2025-02-20T22:51:03","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T01:51:03","slug":"tras-no-lograr-el-reconocimiento-legal-abdala-renuncio-al-partido-libertario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/20\/tras-no-lograr-el-reconocimiento-legal-abdala-renuncio-al-partido-libertario\/","title":{"rendered":"TRAS NO LOGRAR EL RECONOCIMIENTO LEGAL, ABDALA RENUNCI\u00d3 AL PARTIDO LIBERTARIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Tras la decisi\u00f3n del juez federal con competencia electoral, <strong>Esteban Maqueda<\/strong>, de negar el reconocimiento definitivo del <strong>Partido Libertario<\/strong> en San Luis, el presidente provisional del Senado, <strong>Bartolom\u00e9 Abdala<\/strong>, dio a conocer la renuncia a su afiliaci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>La resoluci\u00f3n de la justicia puso en evidencia la improvisaci\u00f3n y el desorden partidario de la fuerza liderada por <strong>Javier Milei<\/strong> en la provincia, que no logr\u00f3 reunir la cantidad m\u00ednima de afiliados exigida por la ley y se expuso a denuncias por falsificaci\u00f3n de firmas, fichas mal confeccionadas e incluso algunas de personas ya fallecidas.<\/h3>\n<h3>El fallo, firmado el lunes, se\u00f1ala que el partido no alcanz\u00f3 el 4 por mil del padr\u00f3n provincial requerido para su inscripci\u00f3n, lo que en 2024 equivale a 1.689 afiliaciones. A esto se sumaron irregularidades en la presentaci\u00f3n de avales: la Secretar\u00eda Electoral Nacional rest\u00f3 161 firmas cuestionadas por inconsistencias, dejando al partido con solo 1.588 afiliados, insuficientes para su validaci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ante este escenario, el senador nacional <strong>Bartolom\u00e9 Abdala<\/strong>, principal referente del espacio en la provincia, renunci\u00f3 a su afiliaci\u00f3n al partido y ya explora otras opciones para contar con un sello habilitado que le permita participar en las elecciones provinciales del 11 de mayo.<\/h3>\n<h3><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29567 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/renuncia-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"406\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/renuncia-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/renuncia-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>En este sentido, trascendi\u00f3 que la fuerza participar\u00eda electoralmente con el sello nacional de <strong>La Libertad Avanza<\/strong>, dentro de una alianza con otros partidos que adhieren a la gesti\u00f3n nacional, entre los que se cuentan los dem\u00f3cratas, un partido vecinal, Partido Tercera Posici\u00f3n, Proclame y otras agrupaciones libertarias y municipales que se dar\u00e1n a conocer en los pr\u00f3ximos
