{"id":3304,"date":"2023-09-14T16:36:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T19:36:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=3304"},"modified":"2023-09-14T16:36:05","modified_gmt":"2023-09-14T19:36:05","slug":"formularon-cargos-contra-un-hombre-que-atropello-a-dos-ciclistas-en-concaran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/14\/formularon-cargos-contra-un-hombre-que-atropello-a-dos-ciclistas-en-concaran\/","title":{"rendered":"FORMULARON CARGOS CONTRA UN HOMBRE QUE ATROPELL\u00d3 A DOS CICLISTAS EN CONCAR\u00c1N"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">El pasado viernes 8 de septiembre, el Juez de Garant\u00eda N\u00b0 2 de la Tercera Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial, Dr. Jorge Osvaldo Pinto, hizo lugar a la formulaci\u00f3n de cargos en contra de C.A.P., como presunto autor del delito de lesiones en accidente de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">El hecho se produjo el 20 de mayo de este a\u00f1o, pasado el mediod\u00eda, cuando el hombre de 56 a\u00f1os embisti\u00f3 a dos ciclistas que circulaban por Autopista N\u00b055, a la altura de la entrada de Concar\u00e1n.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Una de ellas perdi\u00f3 el conocimiento por algunos minutos, mientras que la segunda damnificada sufri\u00f3 heridas mayores, con prescripci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de inhabilitaci\u00f3n para el trabajo durante 30 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">En la audiencia celebrada el pasado 8 de septiembre, el Ministerio Fiscal, representado por el Dr. Leandro Estrada y la Dra. Adriana Cangelosi, formaliz\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de C.A.P. por el delito de lesiones leves en perjuicio de la ciudadana D.A.R.G.; y de lesiones graves calificadas por la conducci\u00f3n imprudente de un veh\u00edculo en perjuicio de la ciudadana J.R.G., ambos en concurso ideal.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Asimismo, solicit\u00f3 un plazo de 30 d\u00edas para concluir la investigaci\u00f3n preparatoria.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Luego de que el imputado ofreciera su versi\u00f3n de los hechos, su abogado defensor, Dr. Orlando Villegas, se manifest\u00f3 en contra de la teor\u00eda del caso de la fiscal\u00eda y adelant\u00f3 que presentar\u00eda su planteo oportunamente.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Finalizadas las presentaciones de las partes, el magistrado resolvi\u00f3 tener por formulados los cargos en contra de C.A.P. y conceder el plazo requerido por el Ministerio Fiscal para concluir la investigaci\u00f3n y definir la situaci\u00f3n procesal del imputado.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span
