La Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Empleados de Comercio y Servicios<\/strong> (FAECyS), la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios (CAC), la Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) y la Uni\u00f3n de Entidades Comerciales Argentinas (UDECA) llegaron a un acuerdo salarial con un aumento del 22,5% para el trimestre julio-septiembre en el marco de las negociaciones paritarias.<\/h3>\n

Cabe destacar que se acord\u00f3 recomponer la base de c\u00e1lculo estableciendo para julio un aumento tomando los b\u00e1sicos de junio incrementados en un 4,5% debido al diferencial entre la primera revisi\u00f3n de abril y la evoluci\u00f3n del Indice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC)<\/h3>\n

En tanto, sobre el resultante se va a aplicar una suba del 22,5% para el trimestre julio-septiembre a abonarse de la siguiente manera: 7,5% desde julio, 7,5% desde agosto y 7,5% desde septiembre no remunerativo y no acumulativo.<\/h3>\n

De esta manera, el haber b\u00e1sico alcanzar\u00e1 los $286.000 incluyendo el presentismo.<\/h3>\n

\u201cLos montos no remunerativos se incorporar\u00e1n a las escalas del mes de octubre de 2023, por su valor nominal\u201d, detallaron las entidades en un comunicado.<\/h3>\n

El acuerdo tiene vigencia desde julio a marzo de 2024, aunque en octubre se har\u00e1 una revisi\u00f3n teniendo en cuenta las variaciones econ\u00f3micas.<\/h3>\n

EL ACUERDO DE LA UOM<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Por su parte, en medio de la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria y luego de tensiones y amenazas de paro, la Uni\u00f3n Obrera Metal\u00fargica<\/strong> (UOM) y las c\u00e1maras empresarias del sector acordaron un aumento salarial escalonado del 38% para el trimestre julio-septiembre.<\/h3>\n

El aumento se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de la siguiente manera: 20% en julio, un 9% en agosto y 9% en septiembre.<\/h3>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el gremio encabezado por Abel Furl\u00e1n acord\u00f3 un bono de $60.000 por el D\u00eda del Trabajador Metal\u00fargico que se pagar\u00e1 en dos cuotas.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
