La Aduana detect\u00f3 la mercader\u00eda en el Paso Fronterizo Internacional entre Gualeguaych\u00fa y Fray Bentos, Uruguay. La mercader\u00eda estaba valuada en $4.950.000.<\/span><\/h3>\n

La Aduana detect\u00f3 a cuatro veh\u00edculos que intentaron llevar de Argentina a Uruguay casi 600 botellas de fernet y m\u00e1s de 200 de whisky, adem\u00e1s de 168 cervezas y 2.532 desodorantes corporales. Fueron descubiertos por los agentes especializados en el Paso Fronterizo Internacional entre Gualeguaych\u00fa y Fray Bentos. La mercader\u00eda valuada en $4.950.000 qued\u00f3 secuestrada por transgresi\u00f3n al R\u00e9gimen de Equipaje y la multa ascender\u00eda a $14.850.000.<\/span><\/h3>\n

El \u00faltimo veh\u00edculo detectado fue una camioneta cuyo conductor se comport\u00f3 de manera sospechosa cuando le consultaron si transportaba algo no declarado. <\/span><\/h3>\n

Lo primero que hicieron los agentes fue retirar la lona de la caja de la camioneta, donde descubrieron una abundancia de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas. Luego revisaron el interior del rodado donde encontraron a\u00fan m\u00e1s botellas, en los asientos traseros: en total se contabilizaron 347 envases llenos de fernet y whisky.<\/span><\/h3>\n

En las \u00faltimas semanas, los agentes aduaneros detuvieron a otros tres autos con matr\u00edculas uruguayas que llevaban 264 botellas de whisky, 240 de fernet, 168 de cerveza e incluso 2.532 desodorantes corporales.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Por la dimensi\u00f3n del cargamento, el personal de la aduana presumi\u00f3 que estaban siendo exportados con fines comerciales, por lo cual las maniobras constitu\u00edan una transgresi\u00f3n al R\u00e9gimen de Equipaje.<\/span><\/h3>\n

En ese marco, los agentes de la Aduana procedieron a labrar debidas actas en los t\u00e9rminos de los art\u00edculos 489 y 490 del C\u00f3digo Aduanero. Adem\u00e1s, resolvieron el secuestro de la mercader\u00eda, valuada en $4.950.000.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Seg\u00fan establece el art\u00edculo 979 del C\u00f3digo Aduanero, la multa podr\u00eda ascender a $14.850.000. En los \u00faltimos meses, miles de uruguayos viajan hacia Argentina para comprar todo tipo de productos, teniendo en cuenta la diferencia de precios favorables en comparaci\u00f3n con su pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
