Los presuntos hechos ocurrieron entre julio del 2022 y enero del 2023.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b0 3, a cargo de Esteban Roche, imput\u00f3 a D\u00edaz por los delitos de robo con escalamiento en grado de tentativa, lesiones leves calificadas por el v\u00ednculo y por mediar violencia de g\u00e9nero, lesiones graves y resistencia a la autoridad (seis hechos), en perjuicio de cinco personas, y solicit\u00f3 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n. Mientras tanto, el acusado continuar\u00e1 con prisi\u00f3n preventiva a la espera del juicio.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">El primero de los hechos que se le imputa a D\u00edaz Lucero fue denunciado el 23 de julio de 2022, a las 18:30 horas. Ese d\u00eda, en el Barrio Juan Cruz Molinas de la capital puntana, D\u00edaz presuntamente escal\u00f3 por una pared medianera e ingres\u00f3 al domicilio de Juli\u00e1n Villegas. All\u00ed intent\u00f3 robar una plancha, pero el due\u00f1o de casa lo escuch\u00f3 y comenzaron a forcejear. D\u00edaz lo golpe\u00f3 con el electrodom\u00e9stico y le sac\u00f3 su celular. Huy\u00f3 del lugar, pero fue atrapado por la polic\u00eda a pocas cuadras.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Los presuntos hechos ocurrieron entre julio del 2022 y enero del 2023.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Cinco meses despu\u00e9s, el 10 de enero de 2023 a la madrugada en una casa del Barrio Eva Per\u00f3n, D\u00edaz discuti\u00f3 con su pareja, Yanina Z\u00e1rate y la golpe\u00f3 en la cara, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones. Ante los ruidos y gritos, la hermana de la v\u00edctima, Agustina Z\u00e1rate, y su novio, Fernando Sosa, que dorm\u00edan en otra habitaci\u00f3n del mismo domicilio, intentaron calmar la situaci\u00f3n, pero el imputado rompi\u00f3 una botella de vidrio e hiri\u00f3 a la pareja. Sosa recibi\u00f3 un corte de ocho cent\u00edmetros en el t\u00f3rax y debi\u00f3 ser hospitalizado de urgencia.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">El quinto hecho sucedi\u00f3 un mes despu\u00e9s, el 6 de febrero a la medianoche y la v\u00edctima fue nuevamente su novia, Yanina Z\u00e1rate. La mujer cuando regreso a su vivienda del Barrio Eva Per\u00f3n, encontr\u00f3 a D\u00edaz Lucero, quien la atac\u00f3 con una tijera y le provoc\u00f3 un corte de tres cent\u00edmetros en la parte cervical izquierda. Z\u00e1rate pudo escapar hacia la casa de una vecina.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"yiv7409174924ydp6329976emsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;\">Finalmente, el 11 de marzo a las 20 horas, D\u00edaz Lucero fue interceptado en Avenida Las Banderas, por efectivos de la Divisi\u00f3n de Intervenci\u00f3n
