{"id":3929,"date":"2023-09-24T18:27:21","date_gmt":"2023-09-24T21:27:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/?p=3929"},"modified":"2023-09-24T18:27:21","modified_gmt":"2023-09-24T21:27:21","slug":"caso-hotesur-sauces-el-unico-ambito-para-determinar-si-existio-delito-es-el-juicio-oral-y-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/24\/caso-hotesur-sauces-el-unico-ambito-para-determinar-si-existio-delito-es-el-juicio-oral-y-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"CASO HOTESUR-SAUCES: \u201cEL \u00daNICO \u00c1MBITO\u201d PARA DETERMINAR SI EXISTI\u00d3 DELITO ES EL JUICIO ORAL Y P\u00daBLICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>La jueza<strong> Adriana Palliotti<\/strong>, integrante del Tribunal que debe juzgar a la vicepresidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez, dijo que \u201cel \u00fanico \u00e1mbito\u201d para determinar si existi\u00f3 o no delito es la instancia de juicio oral y p\u00fablico, en donde estar\u00e1n sentada la presidenta del Senado y su hijo M\u00e1ximo, entre otros.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cEl \u00fanico \u00e1mbito es el debate oral\u201d, dijo Palliotti, quien ya hab\u00eda opinado a diferencia de sus dos colegas que hab\u00edan determinado el sobreseimiento, que \u201cno cab\u00eda otra alternativa\u201d que avanzar en ese sentido.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cCreo es la \u00fanica alternativa viable\u201d, aclar\u00f3 la jueza en declaraciones al programa \u201cYo no fui\u201d en Radio con Vos. \u201cEso garantiza la contraposici\u00f3n de las pruebas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/h3>\n<h3>La C\u00e1mara Federal de Casaci\u00f3n Penal determin\u00f3 esta semana que el caso Hotesur y Los Sauces deb\u00eda hacerse el juicio oral y p\u00fablico, luego de revocar un sobreseimiento dictado por el Tribunal Oral antes de llevarse a cabo el debate.<\/h3>\n<h3>Sobre el hecho de tener que juzgar a la figura de la Vicepresidenta y dem\u00e1s acusados, Palliotti dijo que tiene \u201cimportancia institucional\u201d por lo que la diferencia de otras y por estar en el banquillo \u201cuna ex mandataria\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cEsto lo torna diferente de otra causa, no otra cosa, no las posturas ideol\u00f3gicas\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/h3>\n<h3>Palliotti integra actualmente el Tribunal 5, donde est\u00e1 radicada la causa contra la Vicepresidenta, con Fernando Canero, este \u00faltimo subrogando hasta diciembre pr\u00f3ximo.
