Al joven de 21 a\u00f1os se lo acusa de haberle disparado a Miguel Gitto, hiri\u00e9ndolo a la altura del abdomen y caus\u00e1ndole lesiones que pusieron en riesgo su vida.<\/h3>\n<h3>El hecho que se investiga ocurri\u00f3 la madrugada del 29 de septiembre del 2022, en la Manzana G del Barrio Padre Mugica, en la puerta de ingreso al domicilio de la v\u00edctima.<\/h3>\n<h3>El tribunal a cargo del debate est\u00e1 constituido por los jueces Jos\u00e9 Luis Flores, Jorge Sabaini Zapata y Julio Fernando De Viana, de la C\u00e1mara Penal N\u00b0 1 Residual de la ciudad de San Luis. Molina Becerra enfrenta un pedido de condena, efectuado por la Fiscal\u00eda de Instrucci\u00f3n N\u00b0 1, de 9 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5079 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/jueces-300x186.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"727\" height=\"451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/jueces-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/jueces.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 727px) 100vw, 727px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Para la Fiscal\u00eda, el motivo del ataque fue por una vieja rivalidad que manten\u00edan los j\u00f3venes. Ambos ten\u00edan 19 a\u00f1os cuando sucedi\u00f3 el hecho. El d\u00eda de los disparos, Gitto dijo que escuch\u00f3 que desde afuera tiraban piedras y cascotes sobre su casa y que cuando sali\u00f3 a la vereda vio al acusado junto a un grupo de chicos y que minutos despu\u00e9s Molina Becerra sac\u00f3 un arma y le dispar\u00f3.<\/h3>\n<h3>En la audiencia de este mi\u00e9rcoles, la v\u00edctima ratific\u00f3 sus dichos ante el tribunal, aunque no pudo precisar si los atacantes estaban a 50 o a 100 metros.<\/h3>\n<h3>El debate continuar\u00e1 este jueves a las 9 horas. Como Fiscal de Juicio act\u00faa Virginia Palacios Gonella mientras que el acusado es representado por Rodolfo Mercau y Adriana
