En la sesi\u00f3n de este mi\u00e9rcoles de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados tomar\u00e1 estado legislativo un proyecto destinado a clarificar la situaci\u00f3n de la diputada provincial por Pedernera, Anabela Lucero<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

La iniciativa lleva las firmas de los Diputados Luis Lucero Guillet<\/strong> y V\u00edctor Manuel Sosa<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

El proyecto solicita al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial que por intermedio del Ministerio de Hacienda P\u00fablica y la Secretar\u00eda General de la Gobernaci\u00f3n, informe sobre la \u201csituaci\u00f3n de incompatibilidad y acumulaci\u00f3n de cargos de la legisladora provincial Anabela Lucero, contratada por el Gobierno Provincial\u201d<\/h3>\n

El pedido de informes est\u00e1 motivado en el Decreto 2091 del 23 de marzo pasado, publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de la provincia. En el mismo aparece contratada la legisladora provincial, en el trimestre abril-mayo-junio, aunque ya estaba en la misma condici\u00f3n desde tiempo antes.<\/h3>\n

El tema ya tiene por lo menos dos a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad, dado que se plante\u00f3 en 2021, cuando trascendi\u00f3 otro decreto donde figuraba su designaci\u00f3n. En esa ocasi\u00f3n, Anabela Lucero asegur\u00f3 que no es que sea diputada y al mismo tiempo ocupe un cargo en el Ejecutivo, sino que pidi\u00f3 licencia cuando fue electa diputada y le “guardan” el cargo anterior.<\/h3>\n

Los diputados de la oposici\u00f3n no est\u00e1n muy convencidos de su explicaci\u00f3n, y ahora que han conseguido ser mayor\u00eda, con apoyo de otros bloques, intentan saber si realmente la legisladora oficialista ha cobrado dos sueldos durante su mandato.<\/h3>\n
