El magistrado entendi\u00f3 que a\u00fan existe peligro de entorpecimiento de la investigaci\u00f3n y que fue contundente la imputaci\u00f3n respecto a ciertas conductas que tuvo el imputado despu\u00e9s del hecho. El juez tambi\u00e9n rechaz\u00f3 un pedido de decomiso que realizara el abogado de la querella, Guillermo S\u00e1nchez Pagano.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jonathan Werner Sandoval continuar\u00e1 alojado en el Servicio Penitenciario Provincial hasta al menos el 10 de diciembre, fecha en la que culminan los 120 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n preventiva que dict\u00f3 el por entonces juez de Garant\u00edas, Ariel Parrillis. Al acusado se le imputa el delito de homicidio simple con dolo eventual por un hecho que ocurri\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado 29 de julio a la madrugada en la Avenida Santos Ortiz. Roc\u00edo Amancay Pedernera circulaba en una motocicleta 110 cent\u00edmetros c\u00fabicos.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
