Gregoraschuk-Solicita Investigaci\u00f3n Administrativa Jur 54\/23\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>La audiencia se desarrollar\u00e1 en la Sala de Acuerdos del Palacio de Justicia, cuyo acceso ser\u00e1 por calle 9 de Julio 934, ciudad de San Luis (ex Casa de Gobierno), y ser\u00e1 transmitida por YouTube, a trav\u00e9s del canal oficial del Poder Judicial.<\/h3>\n<h3>Cabe mencionar que el 30 de octubre comenz\u00f3 el juicio pol\u00edtico al Juez Civil, Comercial y Ambiental N\u00ba 4 de la Primera Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Agust\u00edn Ruta. El acusador es el Procurador General de la provincia, Dr. Luis Mart\u00ednez y la defensa est\u00e1 representada por el Dr. Carlos Acevedo y la Dra. Susana Placidi.<\/h3>\n<h3>LA SENTENCIA<\/h3>\n<h3>Seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 43 de la Ley de Jurado de Enjuiciamiento*, una vez cerrado el debate, el Jurado deliberar\u00e1 en sesi\u00f3n secreta en la que apreciar\u00e1 la prueba conforme a las reglas de la libre convicci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>La sentencia deber\u00e1 contar con el voto de la mayor\u00eda, ser\u00e1 dictada en un t\u00e9rmino no mayor de 10 d\u00edas y se limitar\u00e1 a declarar al acusado culpable o no culpable del hecho o hechos que se le imputen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Si el resultado fuera condenatorio, dispondr\u00e1 la remoci\u00f3n del enjuiciado, pudiendo adem\u00e1s inhabilitarlo para el ejercicio de cargos p\u00fablicos con los alcances y efectos que se determinen. Si la destituci\u00f3n se fundase en hechos que pudieran constituir delito, la causa se remitir\u00e1 al Juez competente de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Criminal. Si fuera absolutorio, el magistrado o funcionario, sin otro tr\u00e1mite se reintegrar\u00e1 a sus funciones.<\/h3>\n<h3>En esta oportunidad, el Jurado est\u00e1 integrado por los Dres. Jorge Alberto Levingston (Presidente), Fernando Alberto Pascuet, Javier Solano Ayala, Alfonso Hern\u00e1n Verg\u00e9s, Valeria Lorena Imberti y Gimena Ram\u00edrez Couto; las diputadas Ver\u00f3nica Garro y Marisa Noem\u00ed Patafio y el Diputado Gustavo Daniel Morales.
