inhibici\u00f3n general de bienes sobre el ex jefe de Gabinete <strong>Mart\u00edn Insaurralde<\/strong>, su ex pareja <strong>J\u00e9sica Cirio<\/strong> y la modelo <strong>Sof\u00eda Clerici<\/strong>, en el marco de la causa por lavado de dinero y enriquecimiento il\u00edcito.<\/h3>\n<h3>La medida hab\u00eda sido pedida por el fiscal <strong>Sergio Mola<\/strong> pero rechazada por el juez <strong>Ernesto Kreplak<\/strong>, tras lo cual el caso por apelaci\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara y \u00e9sta lo dispuso.<\/h3>\n<h3>De esta manera, la inhibici\u00f3n impone que no podr\u00e1n deshacerse de sus bienes y quedar\u00e1n cautelados hasta que la investigaci\u00f3n concluya.<\/h3>\n<h3>Los tres est\u00e1n imputados luego del viaje a Marbella entre Insaurralde y Clerici, y de all\u00ed salpic\u00f3 a Cirio pues se sospecha de un acuerdo de divorcio millonario que habr\u00eda pactado con el ex funcionario en Uruguay, donde ya se abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n por lavado de dinero.<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4662 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/cirio-e-insaurralde-300x190.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"794\" height=\"503\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/cirio-e-insaurralde-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/cirio-e-insaurralde.png 676w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 794px) 100vw, 794px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>El Tribunal evalu\u00f3 que en funci\u00f3n de \u201cla naturaleza de los delitos investigados\u201d y \u201cel incipiente estado de la investigaci\u00f3n justifican el dictado de las medidas solicitadas por el Ministerio P\u00fablico\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>La fiscal\u00eda hab\u00eda hecho hincapi\u00e9 en la intenci\u00f3n de ocultar las maniobras investigadas por parte de los imputados, en la prolongada duraci\u00f3n del proceso y en posibles \u201cconexiones internacionales de los denunciados\u201d.<\/h3>\n<h3>El fiscal Mola est\u00e1 intentando determinar qui\u00e9n o qui\u00e9nes financiaron los varios vuelos de Insaurralde, sobre los cuales el Gobierno de la Provincia aclar\u00f3 que ninguno es de car\u00e1cter funcional, y lo mismo para con Jesica Cirio.<\/h3>\n<h3>Asimismo, parte de la investigaci\u00f3n es el acuerdo de divorcio que habr\u00edan firmado en Uruguay.<\/h3>\n<h3>Est\u00e1n pendientes de ser contestados varios exhortos que el juez Kreplak envi\u00f3 a Estados Unidos, Uruguay y Espa\u00f1a, este \u00faltimo pa\u00eds por el viaje que hicieron Insaurralde y Clerici en septiembre pasado y sobre el cual la Justicia cuenta con una parte de informaci\u00f3n sobre qui\u00e9nes pagaron los hospedajes, el d\u00eda de navegaci\u00f3n en \u201cEl bandido\u201d por las aguas del Mediterr\u00e1neo y los vuelos respectivos.<\/h3>\n<h3>Asimismo, la investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se focaliza sobre un entramado de sociedades de la cual es integrante Insaurralde y que estar\u00edan vinculada a su vivienda suntuosa en Fincas de San Vicente, la cual hab\u00eda sido allanada en el marco de la
