Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que la ejecuci\u00f3n de este presupuesto dar\u00e1 prioridad a las \u00e1reas de acad\u00e9mica, ciencia y t\u00e9cnica y extensi\u00f3n, como tambi\u00e9n, al Programa de Becas de la UNSL.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ante el contexto nacional por falta de aprobaci\u00f3n del presupuesto 2024, el Consejo Superior de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL) aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad reconducir el presupuesto universitario 2023, bajo las condiciones que establece la Ley de Administraci\u00f3n Financiera y de los Sistemas de Control del Sector P\u00fablico Nacional.<\/h3>\n<h3><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8822 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/VICTOR-MORINIGO-300x178.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"774\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/VICTOR-MORINIGO-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/apuntesdesanluis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/VICTOR-MORINIGO.png 566w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 774px) 100vw, 774px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>El \u00f3rgano de Gobierno universitario realiz\u00f3 su \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o y entre los puntos m\u00e1s importantes se destac\u00f3 el tratamiento del presupuesto 2024. El mismo se fij\u00f3 en funci\u00f3n de la Ley 24.156 art. 27, el cual establece que las instituciones no pueden funcionar sin presupuesto, por ello a trav\u00e9s de la misma se reconduce el presupuesto vigente con sus paritarias y se prorroga el nuevo proyecto presupuestario hasta que se apruebe un presupuesto nacional.<\/h3>\n<h3>En este sentido, el Rector de la UNSL, expres\u00f3 que esta legislaci\u00f3n es la \u00fanica herramienta de financiamiento con que la Universidad cuenta. Asimismo, estableci\u00f3 una serie de prioridades a trabajar con este presupuesto. Mori\u00f1igo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los cr\u00e9ditos presupuestarios ser\u00e1n dirigidos principalmente para las \u00e1reas de Acad\u00e9mica, Ciencia y T\u00e9cnica, y Extensi\u00f3n, como tambi\u00e9n para el Programa de Becas de la UNSL.<\/h3>\n<h3>Al respecto, destac\u00f3 una propuesta a tratar el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o: \u00aba partir de febrero, debatiremos con la Secretar\u00eda de Asuntos Estudiantiles y Bienestar Universitario (Saebu) la idea de que la totalidad de becas sean centralizadas en la beca del comedor para amparar su sostenimiento\u00bb.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frente a esta situaci\u00f3n, el rector de la UNSL, C.P.N.
